The Guatavita Lagoon has a natural origin and is located in the northern part of Bogota. Here you will take a nature walk around the crater that contains the lagoon. You will learn that this was a sacred place for the indigenous people of the region, we will tell you about their customs and the ceremonies they celebrated there and their connection with the legend of El Dorado.
The Salt Cathedral of Zipaquirá is a church built inside a salt mine. On this day you will visit this architectural monument of Colombia, hear the story of how it was built and enjoy its latest addition which is the mapping show that takes place in the main nave. You will make a short visit of the municipality of Zipaquirá, visiting its main square and listening to local stories that range from the independence to the world competitions of cycling
